Cutting through the winter chill, Boot Dusseldorf is always a warming welcome to the coming new year of sailing. For us this year it is also the perfect setting to introduce the new flybridge version of our highly acclaimed Contest 52MC motor cruiser alongside the innovative Contest 67CS, premiered in Cannes last autumn but here enjoying a Dusseldorf debut. Let the footage roll… We’re steaming along at 10 knots in 15 knots wind in as about as much comfort as you can have. This would be a great way to cross the Atlantic. She’s set up for an owner or couple shorthanded… and this boat shines below deck. Why do I like it, because it’s got character, it shows really just how far you can go towards customisation without doing a full custom yacht. Not many yards go to this level of customisation. It’s absolutely marvellous. This is a true small superyacht.
