Professional grilled lobster delivered and served by the chef on our Contest 43! Two young entrepreneurs started Hummer Hytten season 2015 at Listen, Bornholm, Denmark. The chef and co-owner deliver personally the fresh grilled lobster on board, with grilled garlic bread, shrimps and mayonaise(!) at good tuple-ware. They were very anxious to come on board to visit “a beautiful sailing yacht”. Offering a beer helped to get them aquatinted. Listed harbour is on the east coast of Bornholm. Follow strictly (indeed strictly) the guide-in marks, keep extreme port by the entry and find in the first bassin an excellent spot at starboard. Not recommended though for yachts over 45 feet. Not recommended with Northerly strong winds.
